Colin competed last Saturday at the International Swiss Junior Open in both kata and kumite, facing a strong international field in his new age category U14, and he is grateful for the opportunity to test himself at this level. In kata, he advanced through two tight rounds before being stopped by the eventual champion and finishing in 7th place after the repechage, gaining valuable experience along the way. In kumite, Colin delivered a strong performance, winning his first fights convincingly and reaching the semifinals. He was very happy to secure the bronze medal in the end and is thankful for the support from his coaches, teammates, and everyone cheering him on. With many lessons learned, he now looks ahead with motivation to the upcoming Eurocup in Austria.
